Meet the Founder

I first got into paid ads during a 2017 internship in Amsterdam. Something about the mix of data, creativity, and human psychology clicked, and I've been obsessed with it ever since.

After finishing my Marketing degree at Nottingham Trent, I joined Virgin Atlantic. The scale there taught me how to think about performance properly.

In 2021, I went freelance. I believed that if small businesses had access to the same strategies used by global brands, they could achieve similar results. Those results came quickly, and soon I couldn't keep up with demand.

So in 2023, I launched BOLT, aiming to help more business owners benefit from what we'd learned. We're a small, high-performance team by design. I stay closely involved in each project, invested in understanding every business and its customers.

I'm proud that our work has been recognised alongside the biggest agencies in the UK, winning Best Case Study at the PPC Hub Summit and reaching the final of the UK Search Awards.

But mostly, I am proud of the impact we've made on small business owners' lives. Every day, we see how our work helps clients grow, expand, move, hire, and even retire.

It’s where we run structured experiments, analyse how buyers make decisions, and build performance systems carefully over time.

We welcome clients to the office for focused strategic workshops, although most work with us remotely from across the world.
