Zoe had been burned before
Before we met, Zoe had paid another agency to run ads for the clinic, and they had not brought in a single lead.
She needed to see proof quickly before she would put any more money into paid ads.
Case study
The AL5 Aesthetics is a high-end clinic in Harpenden, founded in 2012. Zoe came to us after another agency had run her ads without bringing in a single lead, and in the first 90 days we brought in 315 enquiries at £17.31 each.
Before we met, Zoe had paid another agency to run ads for the clinic, and they had not brought in a single lead.
She needed to see proof quickly before she would put any more money into paid ads.
The clinic offers dozens of machine-led treatments, and Google restricts what aesthetics clinics can advertise. So we sat down with Zoe and scored each one on profit, search volume and cost per click.
Laser hair removal came out on top. It had the demand, the price per click was fair, and it brings people back for a full course of treatments.
Focusing on a single treatment meant the search, the ad and the page could all say the same thing. We built a landing page for laser hair removal alone, in the style of the clinic’s own website.
Its form let people unlock a discount by answering a few questions about their skin and their experience with laser, so Zoe’s team knew who they were calling before they picked up the phone.
Between 28 October 2024 and 27 January 2025 the account brought in 315 enquiries on £5,452 of spend, which works out at £17.31 each.
One in every seven people who clicked an ad became an enquiry, and Zoe had the proof she needed to keep going.
The account’s first 90 days, 28 October 2024 to 27 January 2025.
With laser working, we ran the same process on cellulite reduction, men’s laser hair removal, Emsella, facials and more, each with its own campaign and page.
Cellulite reduction became a steady second source of leads, but none matched laser hair removal, which brought in three of every four of the account’s 1,652 leads. Every new treatment went through the same test: score it, give it its own page, and let the results decide.
Leads by treatment campaign, October 2024 to May 2026.
We will go through what is currently live, suggest changes, and tell you if we are a good fit to work together.
