Zoe from AL5 Aesthetics approached us during a particularly difficult moment. She had previously invested a significant amount of money into paid advertising, only to be left disappointed by an underperforming campaign and agency that failed to meet expectations. Disheartened but not completely deterred - thanks to a recommendation from a trusted marketing partner - Zoe gave us the opportunity to rebuild her trust in PPC.

This was our first time working with an aesthetics clinic, and the brief was clear: create a profitable, compliant, and scalable paid advertising strategy that could consistently generate leads and support AL5 Aesthetics’ long-term business growth.

We started by immersing ourselves in the aesthetics space, spending time with Zoe to understand the clinic’s offerings. We then built a service matrix, evaluating treatments based on:

  • Profitability

  • Search volume

  • Cost per click (CPC)

This helped us zero in on “laser hair removal”—a service that aligned well across all three criteria and complied with ad policy.

To create a streamlined user experience, we:

  • Focused our campaign on a single service to ensure alignment between search intent → ad copy → landing page.

  • Partnered with Consider Digital to design a bespoke, high-converting landing page that matched the clinic’s brand.

  • Developed an interactive form that allowed users to unlock a discount by answering questions about their skin type and laser experience—enhancing both engagement and qualification.

Our Approach

The Results

Within the first 90 days:

  • We generated over 300 enquiries

  • Achieved a conversion rate of 14%

  • Drove leads at just over £17 per enquiry

The structured, service-focused funnel significantly outperformed previous efforts. We’ve since expanded to test other service lines like cellulite reduction and microneedling, though none have yet matched the success of laser hair removal.

The Account Today

We now have a repeatable framework in place. While laser hair removal remains the strongest performer, we’re continuously testing new treatments as they rise in popularity or become seasonally relevant. Each test builds on our existing strategy, giving us rapid learning cycles and minimal risk.
